The Chinese Society for Electrical Engineering (型左), authorized by the China Association for Science and Technology (CAST), has been organizing the grading of high-quality science and technology periodicals in the energy and power field. Those periodicals indexed by the Chinese Library Classification (5th edition), specifically the second-tier disciplines of “Electrical Technology” (TM) and “Energy and Power Engineering” (TK) under the first-tier discipline of “Industrial Technology”, have been evaluated and graded. According to the procedures stipulated in the Implementation Rules for the Grading of High Quality Science and Technology Periodicals in the Energy and Power Field (Trial), the Grading of High Quality Science and Technology Periodicals in the Energy and Power Field (hereinafter referred to as the “Grading”) is formulated. The Grading includes 121 periodicals of 4 disciplines in the energy and power field. It is hereby released for public comments.

Any Chinese citizen or juridical person that challenges the Grading may call or email the Evaluation Office in real name before September 24, 2019 to report the objection, and simultaneously provide in writing the factual reasons, relevant evidence, as well as the name, employer (or organization), ID number (or Unified Social Credit Code), and contact information of the reporter (the mailing time shall be deemed to be the time indicated on the postmark). If the objection is raised by an institution, it shall be stamped with the official seal of the institution for verification.
